Market
research and sampling have been around for decades, but there
is a powerful new opportunity to go face to face with consumers
to better understand what they’re thinking. Sample U is
an innovative research center where consumers, "trysumers"
use and experience your products providing timely, valuable
and cost effective insight. What makes us unique is our SampleUSystem
that combines Out of Home (OOH) tests with In-Home User Testing
(IHUT).
It begins with consumers completing demographic and psychographic
questionnaires for our member profile database where they become
member “trysumers”. Sample U then matches your demographic
and product usage requirements (i.e. food, technology, software,
health & beauty) with trysumers who use your products in
our “tryvertising” center. Our members then answer
research surveys on your products specific attributes, performance
and value based on their experience. Members then take the identical
products home to use and even share, providing a second research
wave of feedback and insight. This allows you the opportunity
to compare consumer responses between their out-of-home and
in-home experience.
